R2-KT / Katie Johnson Commemorative Challenge Coin
This 1.75-inch challenge coin is crafted in zinc alloy and finished in antique nickel, giving the raised artwork a bright silver appearance against darker recessed details. R2-KT’s signature pink and blue accents are individually filled with colored enamel, while the heart on the R2-KT side receives a separate gold-plated finish—a dual-plating detail that really stands out on the finished coin.
One side features R2-KT with the inscription “The Pink Imperial Droid — With the Heart of Gold,” while the reverse honors Katie Johnson — “The Girl Who Moved a Legion.”
At 1.75 inches across, the coin has the substantial weight and dimensional relief of a traditional challenge coin, with raised metal artwork, recessed antique detailing, colorful enamel, and contrasting nickel and gold finishes.
R2-KT Racing Shirts
Requests for the R2-KT Racing Shirts have been steady since the last run in 2023. I’m happy to report they are back and available for order! Sold Out Swag is managing this run. They are a great vendor to work with. The run is ongoing and has no immediate deadline.

Small Patches: $1 for every five ordered
Coins: 1-5 coins $3 total shipping; 6+ coins $6 total shipping
11″ patches: $6 one-time and anything else bundled with an 11″ patch is shipped no charge
International
Patches: 1-5 patches $6, please email us for quotes on 6 or more
Coins: $17 flat rate for all coin orders international

R2-KT Droid Trading Cards
Alejandro Clavijo designs trading cards for the droid builders and put together these amazing cards for KT. Since KT has been featured in both Imperial and Rebel camps, we figured we’d do both types just to cover all the bases 🙂
If you’d like one, just mention it in the Transaction Notes in any PayPal order and we’ll drop one in the envelope for free. (limit two cards per person please – please specify Imperial or Rebel card(s))
Original Logo KT patch
The original R2-KT logo was designed back in 2006 by Thomas Spanos. We keep the original logo patch in stock but we give a TON of these away at conventions, shows, charity events, and other Star Wars occasions. Measuring 3.5″ in diameter they are fully embroidered and a timeless classic.
Walking Wounded Detachment gear
The Walking Wounded is a group celebrating those in the Star Wars costuming community who troop with disabilities of some kind. Whether mental, emotional, or physical: all disabilities are personal challenges. The group is here to offer support and recognition for those who work harder to spread the magic of Star Wars.

Proceeds from items either go to various charities or subsidize free items to be given out to disabled Star Wars fans (whether members of the WWD or not).
